Baker Skateboards

Baker Skateboards is one of the most famous skateboard brands in the world. It was founded in 2000 by Jay Strickland and Andrew Reynolds after the latter had been a pro for Birdhouse Skateboards, the skateboard brand founded by Tony Hawk. Andrew Reynolds thus created Baker using Blitz Distribution for the distribution of their products until 2007, when together with the pros of the time Jim Greco and Erik Ellington, they decided to found Bakerboys Distribution. Bakerboys also produces and distributes Deathwish Skateboards and Shake Junt, two skate deck brands and accessories. Andrew Reynolds has always been one of the most talented pro skaters and this allowed him to observe and quickly recognize the best skaters to be included in the Baker team. It quickly made Baker Skateboards one of the most influential skateboard brands ever thanks to skaters like Riley Hawk, Dustin Dollin, Bryan Herman, Kevin "Spanky" Long, Sammy Baca, Theotis Beasley, Justin "Figgy" Figueroa and the Italian Jacopo Carozzi.
